CASSIE1975 Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Just been looking at the Points summary "per rider" and a rider gets points for GC and ALSO extra points for being "Young" rider classified...I thought it was either GC or YOUNG on the day...think I was sleeping in class LOL...Young rider gets more points than GC per day, so it basically doubles-up the points for that YOUNG rider (GC + White). Next year my team will look a WHOLE lot different bring on the WHITE jersey riders The HUB teams with the most young riders this year should be on the top of the bunch come Paris...just depends on the classification per team choice / rider... Bump the oldies and sub the young riders IN

On average i was 100 points per day down based purely on the Young riders category... I got 3 young riders on the bench so hope i can make up some places the next two weeks.

SUB ALL 3 your young riders IN...should make a huge difference defo more points than a normal GC rider. I only have 5 young riders out of the 9 (only subbed in 2 of the 5 today)...so my points chase is out for top scorers.Wanted to be top 100 come Paris but I think that's out of the window... LOL

The interesting one is leaving Contador in or swapping him for Froome. The heart would like to see Berto doing the double but early form suggests that Froome has the team to guide him to yellow. So Froome's in and if I'm wrong I'll find myself cheering for Berto as I lose the points, we are talking about serious personal conflict here. The next two weeks are going to be stressful watching damn you Gerald and damn you Admin!
