Malpiet Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 I found a product by the hardware i think its a 3m product not sure its looks like a roll of rubber with out any adhesive and is used to patch hoses that have a cut in them. cost me like R30-R40 I cant seem to get the name of it,

Amberdrake Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 butyl tape should be available from most electrical wholesalers as well.Its used for waterproofing electrical connections.I wouldn't use it, stuffs sticky as hell and will pick up all the mud along the way.Its also a pain to remove and more often than not a knife is used to cut it away. Seems like the Butyl tape and the 3m one isnt exactly the same so I cant comment on 3m one
