Dalton LB Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 hey all im Dalton and I want to know how much I should sell my mtb for it is a titan trail 2013 green in good condis and it has a back deore disk brake and richey carbon handle bar and it has a BBB cycle computer the front derailer is a acern back is a alivio and acera shifters front drako disk brake so how much should I sell it for pls help will appreciate it
dirtypot Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Lekka punctuation!  Shou what a mouthful. Is it a 26 or 29er?26 = around R2500 29 = around R4000 Maybe...But not if you rattle off a list like that to every potential buyer.  Then it becomes R1500 irrespective of wheel size.

However, the author of the ad made use of punctuation marks,  so that may rule out Dalton. Or, he might just be that good. Throwing use off the scent.Â

It is an entry-level offering by Titan (itself a budget focused brand) and has low-end spec. That bike is a dime a dozen.  Sorry, boet, but if you can sell that bike for R3k you'll be lucky. Edit: Why are you emphasising the fact that it has a Deore back brake? Is the front brake a different model/make? If so, why?Â

Even though you say it is only a few months old (i assume you bought it new but its been in a bikeshop storeroom somewhere). That still means its more than two years old. They were around R6800 new. Yeah, if you can get rid of it for 2500 plus...take the deal.
