When I follow the first link Tumbles posted I go to an account where I can see the Ass hat tweet, but it seems to be on another account, unrelated to cycling. When I go to HIS account which is the one about the UCI that Tumbles put up the summary of, (@swenlauer) I see no tweet.

When I go to HIS account which is the one about the UCI that Tumbles put up the summary of, (@swenlauer) I see no tweet. The link I posted was from a Twitter search for "swenlauer". It won't appear on @swenlauer's account unless Swen RTs or MTs it, which I doubt he will.
