So by his math:"My refund of Euro 600 will be - Euro 100 Base fee- Euro 100 1st month- Euro 100 deposit EURO 300 / ZAR 4092 refund" But by my math he is taking €300 for a 2 week training program. I must be in the wrong business as thats pretty good money. (And what's a Base fee?) Anyhow, I have accepted that as €300 is better than €0 Time will tell if I actually get the money this time? Stand by.... Sorry but that just isnt good enough. You paid for 6 months and got 2 weeks so your refund should be around the 550 Euro mark.I would go back to him and tell him that if its less than 550 then its time to rather use all the social media outlets available to you.

Pretty sure he takes his UCI certification quite seriously and would be suitably displeased if any search of Swen Lauer + coach + UCI brought this thread to the fore. You paid for a six month program, he only gave you one month of training, isn't he the one who broke the contract? Swen Lauer UCI Certified Coach has a strange way of seeing the world.
