Da Vinci Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I probably wouldn't have gone 29er if it wasn't for this bike....I don't think it looks funny and it rides just fine. I can mount it like I do a horse and that works in a skirt too...It only just fits my bottle... Fitted the old shape insulated camelback bottle perfectly till someone nicked it... Who nicks a water bottle???!!!Have to wear a hydration pack for my tools cos no place for a saddle bag with a dropper post tho have taken to using a top tube bag and packing my pockets like a pack pony Couldn't get a Expert frame in my size when I bought so I put on SLX brakes, the upgraded wheel set and X9 shifters also changed the chainring to a 36. Recently added the dropper post.First ride I took it down Hoogekraal faster than on my 26"Stumpy without feeling like I was gonna overcook it, also done a few Marathon distance rides on the bike... Ratty Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 As Da Vinci knows, I LOVE my Rumour Expert. Have been riding it for over a year now and I just feel one with the bike. Drop offs, roots, rocks etc it just does everything.  That said, I cannot wait to get my hands on the new Rhyme, especially if they bring out the blue and green carbon comp that is on the US website.  its got a 650b Carbon frame with 150mm travel up front :-) Even the bottom model now comes with a command post. I am the same as the OP, I don't fit on a men's bike and just love the fact that there are so many options now for the ladies. Kylie, Hairy, nonky and 1 other 4

I know they didn't bring the Rumor EVO model (120mm pike + 1 X11 drive train) here this year, but hopefully as the market grows we'll see more of the high end ladies bikes coming in... Spez appears to be dropping all Evo's - new 2016 Stumpy and Camber lines have same relaxed head tube angle as their respective 2015 Evo models. There is no Evo for 2016. In effect, the Stumpies and Cambers are ALL Evo now - this will probably be implemented in the women's versions too. I am a "boy" and would like to have a bike in that colour scheme! I used to have a stumpy that was almost the same blue, loved it, but what I love about this one is the little bit of green. Sadly I think they will only bring the "Carbon" coloured one out. There is a lime green Rumour (which I think is awesome), but apparently the ladies have been complaining and all want the plain boring grey one.
