Frosty Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Stage winner irrespective of nationality.If the stage winner wasn't picked we move onto the next person until a rider that was picked.Then it's a random draw if more than one person picked this person. Yes, it was originally the first Frenchman over the line, but it changed to first picked rider over the line on 01-Jul (update showing on first page of Fantasy Tour thread). Long Wheel Base 1
