Wheels for Pyga OneForty?

So here's the deal...

I’m on the verge of buying a Pyga OneForty and I only have one last decision to make.  Which wheels to get. I have a couple of options on the table at the moment:

1)      The wheels included as part of the kit from Pyga, Spank Oozy Trail 295s

2)      Stans Flow EX on Bitex hubs for the same price as the Spanks or

3)      Stans Flow EX on Hope Hubs for R2000 extra.

I have been known to bash my wheels up pretty good in the past and usually just plough over everything in front of me. I’m pretty light at 75kgs but even so my current rims on my 29er (American Classic All Mountain) have a number of flat spots, nicks and scratches. I guess what I’m asking is which of these wheelsets would be able to take the punishment best. Any other suggestions are welcome.

So stoked to finally get this bike, I just want to be sure I get all the right bits and pieces.

Ask Mada 3400 for his opinion on the Oozy trail 295's...

Soft as hell and flat spotted all over the place.

For me, out of those, it'd be FLOW EX on Hope.

Its weird as I've read some guys have destroyed theirs whereas others have been bullet proof, I wonder if there are batch differences or something?

If I may ask, which Mavic's are these? And thanks for the notes on the Spanks, they have been removed from my list of options now. Seems like people have had a bunch of mixed emotions regarding their reliability so I'd just rather steer clear.

Pyga Trail wide laced to hope evo 2 hubs., absolutely awesome from what i have heard and can take a pounding....

or so Pat morewood would have me believe anyway.

considering they are carbon they are very well priced. ok still expensive at 5k each but cheaper than Enve's by a long long way.

Come on ... splash out on the PYGA carbon rimmed wheelset :P

Hah. I would love to , but a) with my luck I would break them and b) last I checked I still haven't won the lotto. Those Pyga TrailWides are sweet though.
