Not much (read any) technical stuff. You are more than welcome to contact any of the two shops to tell you more about the groups and routes. Alpha Beta Cycles (Wimpie) or Break Away Cycles (Dreyer). You are also more than welcome to pm me and we can arrange that you ride with us.
