Thanks to a plethora of wind tunnel experiments, rather than simple validation of current designs, Cervelo has made several big changes to the S5, with resulting claims of a 35 per cent stiffness increase and 21.3 watt saving at 40km per hour while maintaining the same weight of the previous model.
