Well not quite.. but very close lol

 

Great stage hey.. had a lot of drama

First one where Sagan is involve that I didn't shout lol.. they hit him too hard to still have anything left to win the sprint.

Textbook tactics from a team who has superiority in numbers.

 

Durbo did a perfect job.

 

Impey played his role perfectly.

 

And Matthews played his role perfectly. Never made any move, just stuck to Sagans wheel and hitched a ride while Sagan had his legs softened up by Impey. Then came out of Sagan's wheel and started his sprint with perfect timing.

 

That's how you do it, Etixx ;)

Mmmm..Sagan came up really fast.. if that line was 1 m further his celebration could've cost him lol.

Cavendish has his eye on the record I think. Possibly he could ride the tour out to try and close the gap to the Cannibal. Coming back next year might not prove that easy with the class of upcoming sprinters.
