Nope only saying add manual plan. let me send them a message again...

There still few teething issues it seems .. I logged few website "irritants" as well and they resolved it with in few minutes..   I'm just amazed about response times and willingness to resolve issues.  I can live with some bugs then as know will get sorted .

I logged call with strava. (Cannot edit workout on Ipad). took them 3 weeks to respond saying its known issue and don't know when it might be fixed.. that just @#% me off but who can go without Strava

I registered a profile last night. It looks pretty good to me but then m no expert on this stuff. I did the free thing and will decide in two weeks when payment becomes due but at the moment I am very positive.

I found a training Peaks too complicated. I'm not clever enough for that stuff.

Fit Track kept asking me to do long rides on Monday and offering me rest days on Sunday. Perhaps a setting I missed. It also told me I was way off being able to do a sub three 100km race despite having logged that in training the week before.

I read something about a Hub discount for Today's Plan. How does that work. Seem to have missed that option.

^Like so?  :whistling:

Hi Edgarblout,

Today's Plan has also intregrated Sufferfest.

All their structured workouts are now available in the system, and if you use our Android app and a Wahoo KICKR you can have your KICKR controlled to match the video.

Thanks for pointing that out as is a great feature to add to your calendar especially when tapering or looking for a focused workout, let me know if you have any other questions.

Lexx, no issues asking questions, Glad Mark sorted you out today and set to start your program!

TP, I'll only be able to experience the difference starting 26 December! Before that I'll inlist a world class coach called Sven Lauer.

Suggest maybe building a base or endurance plan to tie you over.

To create a plan that targets a lower intensity initial base period in a more classic approach you could set out to create a plan based upon a specific goal. This could be for 6 - 8 weeks - you could then select to Improve a specific cycling skill for this such as Endurance. You could select start plan in Base phase. By allowing some scope when giving the time available to train each week the system will have more options for choosing workouts to match your requirements, remember that your daily availability doesn't have to add up to your weekly availability.

Also you can allow your coach Sven to access your data and he can have full control over your program, as he may want to tweak it. This come at no additional cost to you or your coach (we don't charge coaches unlike others). We would be happy to get him managing all his atheltes. We would be happy to set up a Skype call and run him through the platform just email: see:

Thanks again  and happy spinning!

Lexx , Happy Martin and co, please remember to post your ongoing review as you keep using the program!

so far so good. But i saw on my training plan for 36One, there are no Long Rides, like 200km+. But i did ask Mark about it, and he will look at my program and tweak it a bit. But otherwise i will just do my Normal looong Rides on weekends, and carry on with the normal training Program Mon-Friday.

Yeah, it's too close to DC to check this out and make any new changes. Will play on this after that and see how it goes! Keen to check your and other regulars reviews in the meantime!

I cycle with strava (don't have a garmin) and the powerbeam indoor data also goes to strava. Can the data be imported so that I can have a history?

Hi Joeboy,

Have a look at this post from Strava regarding how to do a bulk export of GPX files from their site - http://engineering.strava.com/bulk-activity-export/

You can unzip this file on your computer and use the Today's Plan Desktop Agent to suck in the files from this directory.

If you need any assistance in setting up or using our Desktop Agent please don't hesitate to contact us via or site "need help" button.

Regards,

Today's Plan team
