Think there's any truth to the rumour that Zuma ordered Dr Aaron Motsoaledi to buy up as much stock as possible of this stuff and distribute it to rural areas because it promises to "boost election erection results"? I strongly believe that the officials involved in sweeping the previous alligations should be held accountable aswell. Waar daar 'n rokie is, daar is 'n vuurtjie! Ban him for life. Fraud in any line of business will get you locked up, why should it be any different in sport? This is after all their proffession.

It's not to say he didn't tell the CSA anything; it's most probably more like there wasn't much the CSA could do with the info. Much like Nolan co-operating and telling where he got his juice from. Imagine the headlines: "CSA probe uncovers PEDs being peddled in dodgy Boksburg gym..."

As far as I can remember Lance only had to pay pack the bonus (bogus?) win money.
