Hey, you clever training people, is it better to go to spinning clases during winter (45 minutes hard) or  trying to squeeze in 45 minutes on normal bike (not as hard, lots of wasted time).

Fanie...I would say spinning is worth it just to keep some level of fitness.

It's also easier to do, than the trainer and more exciting...you'll get to look at some pretty ladies Big%20smile

Double spinning class = 45+15+45 = 1h45min!

If you cant do a double class, do interval training during the single class.

Get going 5 min before the class starts, 10min warm up (build up to 70%), 15min interval 70-80% (or 80-90% depending how fit you are), 5min recovery, 15min interval, 5 min recovery then cool down for 5min at the end of the class.

I frequently go spinning in the mornings, and I think it helps.

Last week, however I went to a spinning class in the afternoon, we had a clown / stand-up-comedian wannabe, for an instructor, he even told me when I'm allowed to drink water and when not. That wasn't so nice.Thumbs%20Down

BUT

On Monday and Friday mornings we have the best spinning instructor in SA..!Thumbs%20UpClap
