.

Again. Fokkol to do with height.

Your opinion, and right to think so. But you will never convince me (as a tall rider) and quest also not the majority of tall riders...lol

In the past our tall riders had to be satisfied with small wheels, although all the rest of our equipment was bigger / wider / longer, like XL frames , wider handlebars longer cranks. An XL bike with 26" wheels just look (and rides) k@k.

Luckily that changes with the introducing of the 29" wheels

But hey, we are now high jacking the OP thread with this debate, and we all know at the end it comes to personal preference...and height.

so merry xmas all

I am 6ft3 and that is a load of crap wheel size has nothing to do with it its about frame size and geometry I have been on all 3 wheel sizes and the only difference was the wheel sizes. The frames were the right sizes for me and I have settled on 27.5 wheels and that feels right for me. People should stop listening to marketing BS.

Myself also enjoy smaller wheels from time to time...

I ride a 29er and I have ridden all other sizes at some point. My current bike is the ideal all round bike for me. How ever for trail ridding only I would like to have a 27.5, the bike just handles that bit better on the down.
