You are a better man than me my friend

Contemplated doing it the other way, but right now I will settle for the R15K that small claims is allowed to award me (hopefully) and then just move on. The dogs are still jumping the wall and have since attacked a lady nurse, walking, as well. Cops have many excuses not to get involved. Maybe the owner is beyond reproach because he is also running a Tow-truck Empire and that explains their, (the cops), non-conformance. "Livid" is not exactly the right word to use for my current demeanor. Not really the kind of cowardice type of human beings one would like to take on physically. In court I'll smoke him. Affidavits from other cyclists, the nurse, photo's of his feeble fence and damage to the bike, AR report, etc. Anyway, enough of this. Just got to make the remaining days count. Gonna be awesome. Specially with a new set of wheels and drivetrain.

I ended up buying the Maxis UST that Cycle lab had on special, will probably go tubeless soon.

Can't go wrong with them Crossmarks. I recently tried Chaoyang and they are awesome.

34 days

Very awkward time before the race. Irrespective of how much I enjoyed it last year, coupled with the aim of the exercise, which is the social aspect, that tops my agenda. I still doubt myself. Have I done enough hills to date? How many long rides still needed? What training to concentrate on as not to compromise the other (trade distance for hills?). How much weight to lose, etc. The fitness seems OK and that counts for a lot. Hoping to more or less simulate the race this weekend. The MOJO is a tad on the low side and that doesn't help much. When the butterflies kick in the MOJO will hopefully be on a super high, around the time of the race, if I may. That will be mostly appreciated. Thank you very much.

My 2016 stats so far. I haven't done many long rides, but I should manage the distance in a fairly reasonable time. This has all been quality cycling as directed by my coach.

You guys will be all good. Since Argus my longest ride was a 54km and that was last weekend. So ja, I'm just going to try and suffer through it. Might do 60km with around 1000m of elevation over the weekend. That will be my longest ride before K2c, the rest will all be 40-50kays

Hopefully will make it in less than 7 hours.

Made some great progress lastthree weeks with the help of an Barry Austin training program. Maybe i should leave the dirty dan (intermediate 1) benchmark on fittrack behind and shoot for the jungle jim (intermediate2)post-4835-0-57674500-1471082073_thumb.jpgpost-4835-0-07556500-1471082138_thumb.jpg 2)
