Hi All.

To those that have experience with this, can you share your opinions on the subject. I can get a set of Q Rings at a decent price and wondering if I should go for both or just the small ring ?

Understand that this doesn't work for everyone but I'm willing to try it out if its going to add any benefit.

Any other tips or info on this will be appreciated, thanks.

I have been using it for 1.5 years and I did both rings. I am running 52 36. You have to take the time to setup them up. I am running at ocp2 at this stage but thinking of trying out ocp3.

I changed to many things at once to really know if it helped but the sience make sense.

Wouldn't mind testing out round rings to compare.

I suppose for a road bike I would do both. However I only fitted the small one on my mtb as I was skeptical about it. How wrong I was. It is extremely awesome and should I get to the point where I need to change the chain rings on my roadie then I will definitily consider elliptical rings

On the MTB, is this on a 1 x or just replaced the small ring?  Have been told this will not work?

Exactly what I would like to do.

thanks guys, did more research and I am giving this a go. Will give some feedback once fitted.

You are gonna love it. The amount of power you can put down compared to the normal round rings are awesome
