The SAS team is very competent and professional. They are definitely making changes for the better... I'm looking forward to the new system, they keep on innovating in the seeding space.

If they are so competent and professional why did they not wait until they finished developing the website and all the functionality s of the site before they published it.

They are busy with a new website.

If you mail the right person ( as which I did) you will get a response within the same day.

And I got a second response from them without even sending a second email

However, you get penalised 10% after 3 months after your last seeding event.

Origin Trails is now 3 months old but has not yet been loaded.

Surely they cannot penalise us?

That is business mate... I recall Apple, the largest company on earth launching a super buggy iOS release not so long ago.

These things happen. On Buycycle it happens too.

At least I know they aren't sipping cocktails on a beach somewhere. I image a frantic team working on a fix or two... Just my thoughts.

With any IT-related installation, $#IT is bound to happen...

It seems a bit silly with the new "fancy" website, you can add friends and enter for them, but you can't pay for the marathon and half marathon distances at once. I would rather more effort went into simplifying payments than into fancy "social media" type fluff.

I have mailed them too.

Why not?

They are taking a leaf out of the PPB book.

It's nice that they realease a new site and innovate, but I have had this issue before where they take weeks to upload event results. I do not understand why one needs to email them after 2 weeks to ask for the uploading of the event results, surely that is something of a priority for the business they are in??

I am glad you think it is just normal business to do that. Can you imagine if you do internet transactions like your site and wen it comes to pay you the pay now button is grayed out you cant get payed. So tell me that is just normal business.

That is business if you are not professional and make decision where you place yourself before your customers. The apple thing happened because they were trying to maximize profits, if Jobs was still alive that would never have happened.

Imagine someone took that approach with the airbags in your car? I am perhaps pushing the analogy a bit far but it all comes down to what is more important to you as a company.

Hire competent people, plan and do things properly without cutting corners and this will not happen.
