I wonder if Gypsy had the guts to congrateulate this rider down in PE this week-end.

Lotto = Development only. I feel very sorry for the guys who have the talent, but no sponsors. CSA is suppose to nurse that talent with sufficient financial input. SA cannot send a Track Team to the Olympics 2008, because we did'nt qualify.Whose to blame ?
