Props to Andre at Rush Sports.

I had a small issue with an 11T sprocket slipping on a Praxis Cassette.

I made contact with Andre via Rush Sports website, I got a call back the same day to discuss possible causes and solutions. We chatted through the issue, there was no hint of any agenda from Rush apart from "Let's get this customer sorted". The agreed solution was to try a replacement 11T and take things from there.

The replacement part was overnighted to me at no cost, i fitted it and the problem was solved.

 

Great, great service and Andre is a pleasure to deal with as well.

Wierdly - I had a conversation with a chap at Omnico this week about some issues with my stages PM - same deal - sent me 2 replacement battery covers free of charge and overnight - great service.

Cannot fault the service from Omico with Stages. Had a problem with battery cover (older unit), replaced with newer unit. Then one of the wires came loose on the strain gauge, same response. New unit within days.
