caleb needs to work on his choice of line, he gets boxed in alot

He's been struggling to get into position

And getting into the wheels of say Kittel Train

He's diminutive figure is a disadvantage

But, above all else I've seen him back out of the shoulder argie-bargie when it comes to final 5 kms

He will have to pack a suitcase of courage

"It was a very hard day today. There was a lot of climbing today so it wasn’t a normal sprint. I just wasn’t strong enough today, so I want to congratulate Greipel and his team. They deserved to win."

"It was really important to stay up there in the front with a lot of corners and downhills, especially the u-turn with 1.5km to go. Jurgen Roelandts did an amazing job to keep me up there in front. Everybody slowed with about 400 metres to go and I thought if I see a gap then I’ll go through. I have good legs today and even though the team is a big part of it I think that I did a god sprint today."

“It was a really hard day, it was all up and down and it was fast with 4 guys in the break. Then in the final the speed was crazy.”

So who's going to shine on the climb tomorrow?

Landa will have to make a play to stay in touch

Look out for the Skyborg Train

I'm hoping Sky have a plan :-)

Will Nibbs or Valverde stretch their legs?

Hmm, its not really a huge climb, I think its only a cat 2 or something,... ideal for Valverde if he is feeling good.

It may show if Nibali is hiding some form, or not, but theres quite a few guys capable of staying in contention on a cat 2 climb, Majka Landa, Pozzovivo,Uran, Chavez, Dumoulin, Hesjedal, Pozzato, Henao, and probably a few others I cant think of are all easy 2nd cat climbers, throw in some outsiders like Cunego, Conti, Atapuma, Pirazzi, Visconti and the odd opportunist and I dont think it will be a big sorting out, still a bit too early in the race.

I reckon it'll be quite eventful, GOG

It seems as if the intensity of racing thus far has been extraordinarily high

Full gas from mile 1 in today's 233 km stage

And yeah, these are not the high mountains just yet
