Super Bleak, I just bought the Lund contour internal dropper thinking the Sesta can take this as it had the hole at the bottom of the seat tube but it seems the pivot for the rear suspension is in the way...

I emailed a few people including Silverback, they all confirmed that you cannot run a dropper internally, the pivot takes up the whole seattube. One person did mention the extreme of drilling a small hole to get the cable external an then route it into the Di2 hole at the bottombracket.

My solution is going to be runnig a Lyne external dropper with the cable running into the Di2 hole at the bottombracket and out the hole at the headset. I have a 2x10 groupeet, otherwise I would just use the front derailleur cable mount on the downtube.

Edit: I also plan on getting cabletie mounts an glue them to the seattube in order to not put cableties around the frame just to make it look neat.
