Frosty Posted July 13, 2016 Share Fully agreeCan we please revise the rules? [emoji48]The rules changed (slightly) every year. The Giro comp, being the test for this year, proved that picking the form riders is rewarded in the scoring. Seems picking the right team is the problem... Frosty Posted July 13, 2016 Share How many people have got all 4 jersey wearers in their teams? I know of at least one... With the jerseys swapping riders (green and polka dot) it would be hard to keep track of all the time. Here's a look back at the riders that have worn the various jerseys. Here's a look back at the riders that have worn the various jerseys. There are currently only 17 21 that have picked the 4 riders that currently own the 4 jerseys. Edit: 21 riders have all 4 jerseys. previous graphic removed.
Frosty Posted July 13, 2016 Share Here's the stage by stage look at who had all 4 jerseys in the squad. You'll notice that only from stage 9, and not before.

Frosty Posted July 14, 2016 Share Points have been updated, but the jury needs to make a decision. Froome and Porte were given the same time as Mollema but are placed in the position they physically crossed the line. Points are up for grabs, and it needs to be fair, just like the decision that Froome and Porte get Mollema's time was fair. I don't think it affects the prize winner for today, but it may have an impact on the final result. The leaderboard will be updated during the day tomorrow. Frosty Posted July 15, 2016 Share The jury has reached it's verdict. Points are awarded inline with the official classifications on the Tour's official website. Points for the daily stage placings has been awarded exactly the same as the Tour's stage 12 results, even though Porte (19th) and Froome (25th) were given the same time as Mollema (+ 05' 05"). This means that Porte gets 2 points for the stage, and Froome gets zero. It doesn't impact on the Green or KOM points as they would have been outside the top 10 on the overall standings even if they did finish with Mollema. The points for the overall top 10 (Maillot Jaune) is also as per the website, which means 10 for Froome (1st) + 10 for the jersey. Porte gets nothing (11th place). This decision is final, and the leaderboard has been updated. Roll on stage 13 - the ITT.

bertusras Posted July 15, 2016 Share Yeah, it might have an effect on the final standings in the end, but that's the fairest solution without over-complicating things. Thanks G!

carbon29er Posted July 15, 2016 Share Points have been updated, but the jury needs to make a decision. I must be the worst picker in the world, I get ZERO points for a whole stage? Had 2nd and 8th in my team, sprint winner in breakaway, green. Looks like this competition is exactly like the actual race, if you are leading you get the jury to review and over turn, if you are a nobody then you get screwed. Now I can't even upload the picture proof of my ZERO points.
