BouncingBrain Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 You didn't have Vroom?Yeah went for gamble on a break win instead.. Ah well..
Pah Bear Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 damn, like this thread but any reason why you guys didn't do the race and the fantasy race separate? It was done last time. Thought the same thing. But ... would have followed both so ... ambivalent.
Meezo Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 It was done last time. Thought the same thing. But ... would have followed both so ... ambivalent. for me atleast, have no interest the fantasy, however i'm not following the thread because its spammed with fantasy goetes, anyway its just me so no problems
Pah Bear Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 "Because of Sky and their stupid pacing tactics" If you find a winning formula, whose responsibility is it to find a counter?. ...and their (stupid disproportionate) appropriate budget... Corrected. LOL
'Dale Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 Time to do some work bru.... All work and no play makes Morph a dull boy ????
'Dale Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 for me atleast, have no interest the fantasy, however i'm not following the thread because its spammed with fantasy goetes, anyway its just me so no problemsI agree, man It's like a saddle that doesn't feel lekka, but I ride on anyway ????
Frosty Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 For all things not real, i.e. The Fantasy comp, here is the newly created thread. Sorry for hijacking this thread. Fantasy Vuelta 2016 https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/162568-Fantasy-Vuelta-2016 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That said - I humbly apologise for keeping you from following a thread - I know the feeling, but as 'Dale says... I ride on anyway.
shaper Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 If moved to its own thread then will follow daily commentary on the fantasy thread as don't see why I now have to switch between 2 threads to keep up to date. After all there is only a handful of people playing the fantasy not like the TdF when there were hundreds !! @Mezzo, nice to see you are actively participating in this thread... I mean in the 10 days of racing so far you have come on here and commented with regard to the Vuelta I think once .... and that is to gripe It is mostly the fantasy team guys who are actively participating and keeping a running commentary of the days events, the racing and other titbits. I guess you too will now have to flick between the 2 threads to keep abreast of what is going on... mind you you could always just follow it here http://www.lavuelta.com/la-vuelta/2016/us/ # rant off
Frosty Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 All I'm going to do, is post the score updates in the fantasy thread. If there are comments about X or Y being in their team on this thread, then so be it. That means 11 more posts plus the final table.Perhaps the picks at the next stage will also be included there too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bonus Posted August 30, 2016 Author Posted August 30, 2016 I didn't think the fantasy comments were that intrusive.
'Dale Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 If you participate, it is not intrusive. If you don't, then it is somewhat intrusive. If it was helluva intrusive, the issue would've been raised much earlier. No harm done.Solution found.

No harm done.Solution found. How many other threads do you read where comments go off topic or in a different direction where you have to wade through/skip over/ignore and carry on continuing reading the relevant comments/posts to that thread.? Don't think there will be one where this does not happen!!! No one seems to complain that things go off topic then on those threads... it is the nature of ht hub!! If we have a handful of comments on the fantasy per day then that is a lot and is usually around just when the days log gets posted, followed by a bit of banter and is swiftly back to the diagnosis of that days race or the days to come. I guess rest day... Idle hands, grumpiness of no racing... all will be back to normal tomorrow... lets go racing!!!
