Nairo would need a lot more time before the ITT and I am not so sure if he will get it. But this race is so brutal, one bad day and it could cost you.. does Froome have bad days, or was it on Monday?

Yes Froome will definitely take time on a relatively flat 37km ITT. However I still believe NC and CF will start to feel the Tour in their legs in week 3. AC gets stronger as per usual as a GT progresses. So i'm holding thumbs! Valverde is Fckn enigma, its his 3rd GT in 4 months! How do you perfom like that? (Said positively, give credit where credit's due)

shaper Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 I find his victory salute quite disturbing tbh.Think it was more to do with the racing in the last 500m where they slowed right down, stalked one another to see who would make the decisive move and sprint for the line... very much like track racing except on a hill !! Am sure there was also a little dig attached to it with regard to the power meter comments
