Hi Peeps..it's no excuse, but i started mtb only 2 months ago..it was my first time up dorsberg.) solo) .. 2 Nd time at meerendal... Got horribly lost the first time.... I honestly thought there's a different way down, after almost taking out upcoming riders out on my way down...i will definitely pay attention to all etiquette that comes with the sport

Nice one, Jaco. Welcome to the mtb world even if in not the best circumstances, where we jealously guard our enjoyment of the trails we are lucky enough to have access to Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we all do. I humbly withdraw my 'tjop' comment.

Good job Jaco. Sign up at Tygerberg MTB - it opens up all the surrounding trails and access to members corridors to move between them. I've been a member for a few months now and still haven't ridden them all. Thor threatened to show me Hoogekraal but some of us are tied to work.

Memberships seem to be discounted now that we're halfway through the year. Winner winner!

 

I see it as half an entry to parks and half a donation to a club that does some awesome stuff for us riders...

Your pace would quite literally kill me. But Mr F has been hakking me for a while about showing me how to do Hoogekraal properly cos I am a wuss. So you can tow me up and he can show me the way down.
