Bit off the topic but we went through to customs to see if we can get some stuff released faster (computer parts) after we phoned several times was told to go in. Came there yesterday with our tracking numbers and we got "sorry system is offline we cannot locate any parcels" so yeah good luck, our stuff has been laying there, next week, a month and they dont know where in the warehouse it is.
