I would offer my services but I'm not sure if your red and black kit would look good on me....

Lucky the kit has changed this year, back to our more Black and Blue based kit of 2012-2014

Cycle the Sea Point, Hout bay, chappies route on a Sunday morning, there's always loads of cyclists out. Pull up alongside a random and say howzit. Chances are, you'll make a friend.

Remember that this year there is a massive 10km neutral zone which will not be timed, everyone should take 10min off last year time straight away.

In true "neutral zone" tradition... 60km/h  :w00t:

this is cape town people ..with capetonians you don't make any friends ...ever :whistling:

You are born into cliques in Cape Town. Only place where you are asked what school you went to at Braai's on weekend. That being said, some of my best mates are from Bosch and Sacs now...

Hi Johan

I live just down the street from you. Don't cycle so fast, but send me your number and Ill let you know when we go for a ride. We are usually 3 riders.

There is also a group of riders meeting at the Kuils River golf club on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I do not know any of them, and have not joined once.

This works on top of Helshoogte as well.
