Doubt I'll break the 3:00 threshold, but I'm a good chunk fitter than last year and even than I was at the CTCT, which was responsible for the seeding used for getting me into this batch. Connie ou maat, with all the vets dropping back it's usually a big A group and with the bump at the end of the M1 now taken away it'll be difficult to force a split early on. You'll be fine. Don't under estimate that drag past the old start up to the M1- the guys go full gas up there and if you loose your group there you won't catch them on the M1.
