True dat! Infact up to just beyond 100 km, it's on average flat. Piece of madeira!!

Quintana should be in pink by the end of today, but not by much. Not nearly enough to defend it in Milan. He should be able to take another 30 secs on that last climb.

According to all the hype, yep, that "should" happen.

 

But watch, Dumoulin is going to put time into the little Yoda, not much, but enough to make a point. However Dumoulin might lose some time to some of the other GC contenders...
