Still suffering from a bit of ITB which isn't sorting it self out. Im getting grumpy so need to get it fixed up. Just wondering if anyone has got recommendations for a good cycling focused physio in the southern 'burbs of CT?

Go to the sports science institute in newlands. The physios there are really awesome. I've been there for ITB problems and he immediately identified my weak muscles and gave me a program to solve it.

depends what you term southern suburbs - but if diepriver fits then Taryn at BikeMob, I know she's had knee/itb issues too if that helps - http://bikemob.co.za/physio/
