Carbon frame on indoor trainer

According to most accounts out there putting a carbon frame on an idt should not pose any risk of frame damage, however I know both canyon and bmc warn against the use of idt in their respective warranty documents. My question is what all the hubbers out there think/have experienced with regards to this issue.

Attached is a section from bmc carbon care instructions

You should be fine. If you're worried, avoid hard sprints or standing and cranking a massive gear. Which can make indoor sessions quite boring.

Never had any issue on any type of frame though. You could always look at something like the Kurt kinetic which lets the wheel move about?
