So far so good on the recordings. I see there is a leader board that record total time. Only run or cycle gets added,not any walks recorded forms part of the total time. It does not really bother me as this is a personal challenge, was just wandering about it.

8/365 so far...

TBH walking tonight felt like cheating... but i suppose a 30  minute walk in the cold and dark must be better than snoozing on the couch watching google box

By the time I got home, had no choice but to climb on the IDT... I won't brave running/riding when there is lightning in the vicinity. The IDT ride turned out to be a disaster i.t.o. recorded data, perceived effort and focus. But it's day 9 done and dusted, and I can look forward to a good run tomorrow.

I thought it should be 40min....on your bike. Oh well....all the same, all good.

I've been on my bike every day from the 1st (and before actually), doing at least 22km.

Total so far: 329.2km

10/365.

But, I will not keep it going....doing Attakwas next week and some other races, so will need some rest days.

Where did you get this 40mins from?

Do 40 if you want, I try to do more, but minimums are not targets :)

I think the whole idea is a minimum of 20 mins every day, be it a walk/run/coffee ride/whatever - it's not meant to be a Sufferfest day-in and day-out.

 

If it becomes too much, perhaps it's time to rearrange one's priorities, and adjust. A 20-minute walk trumps 60 minutes sitting watch TV.
