Only run or cycle gets added,not any walks recorded forms part of the total time. It does not really bother me as this is a personal challenge, was just wandering about it. Frosty Posted January 9, 2018 Share By the time I got home, had no choice but to climb on the IDT... I won't brave running/riding when there is lightning in the vicinity. The IDT ride turned out to be a disaster i.t.o. recorded data, perceived effort and focus. But it's day 9 done and dusted, and I can look forward to a good run tomorrow. Frosty Posted January 10, 2018 Share I think the whole idea is a minimum of 20 mins every day, be it a walk/run/coffee ride/whatever - it's not meant to be a Sufferfest day-in and day-out. If it becomes too much, perhaps it's time to rearrange one's priorities, and adjust. A 20-minute walk trumps 60 minutes sitting watch TV.
