Wait for April... <insert: evil cackle>

Did everyone have an easy week, last week?

I didn’t expect to be top of the leaderboard for the most distance. Pleasantly surprised [emoji16]

I have entered K2C as my 1 race for the year, and want to be as fit and lean as possible.  That is end of September, so even if it is a 20minute day on the IDT, it is 20minutes in the saddle.

Today is going to be a challenge... currently standing still on the N3, road closed in both directions between Harrismith and Van Reenens. Have done 500m in 2 hours.

Was planning an early evening run, upon arrival in DBN, so might have to walk up and down the stairs at the heavy’s (in-laws) house.

Edit: took a walk on the N3 to Torredor at Montrose stop... 1.9km, 22 mins, 2 cups of dirty dishwater (with foam), and 2x steri stumpies for the girls.

Safely yes, home... no - away for business and holiday. Thanks for the concern.

Edit: 11.5 hours - almost double the normal travel time.

Indeed...

Three uploads on "Argus' day (from home, the event, and then back) messing with the number of rides a bit...

My best start to the year in a decade or more. Such fun. If I wan't so effing tired I might feel fit again :)

<kidding, lots of recovery rides hidden in here>

I have a few “multiple” events, where I’d normally just log it as a single event. Wouldn’t worry too much about the higher number unless you only want exactly 365 activities.

This is my 3rd best (recorded) start to a year, i.t.o. distance.

My commutes show as 2 events, 1 To Work and 1 home, I’m not aiming for 365 events, rather, at least 1 event for 365 days.

I am also not bothered by the number of events, but just ensuring there is at least one logged everyday. 3 months done! Blessed Easter all.
