Beesrib Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 I have entered K2C as my 1 race for the year, and want to be as fit and lean as possible. That is end of September, so even if it is a 20minute day on the IDT, it is 20minutes in the saddle.

Frosty Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 (edited) Today is going to be a challenge... currently standing still on the N3, road closed in both directions between Harrismith and Van Reenens. Have done 500m in 2 hours. Was planning an early evening run, upon arrival in DBN, so might have to walk up and down the stairs at the heavy’s (in-laws) house. Edit: took a walk on the N3 to Torredor at Montrose stop... 1.9km, 22 mins, 2 cups of dirty dishwater (with foam), and 2x steri stumpies for the girls. Wouldn’t worry too much about the higher number unless you only want exactly 365 activities. This is my 3rd best (recorded) start to a year, i.t.o. distance.
