I got a box full of medals. Feel free to help yourself.

It's an insult for you to compare your participation trophies with a National Title Gold, people worked their butts off for ages to do well and win at SAs.

The reason you are happy to part with your medals is because they were earned easily.

Come again?

Yup. Don't know if this SA road champs was any different. I have won a few SA titles, they put the jersey on for a photo and then you give it back.

At the medal presentation there was a rail with the different colored jerseys hanging on for the presentations. So I assume same system.

If you want one you can order and pay for it.

i have no words

just wow.

i would feel ashamed awarding and honoring the best cycling athletes in our country with this crap.

for anyone wondering, it's not a blurred picture. the printing on the medals is just that bad.

Hey dude, my comparison is apparently nothing to what CSA thinks about having a national title. Which is the same point everyone is making.

I have a box of medals and in there are about 4 supposedly "special ones" They lool like all the others. Which is why they in a box.

And again, I have a box of medals. Everybody has one. Why not rather a trofee as even a bad looking trofee stands out more than "another" medal imho.

You guys are arguing the same point but coming at it from different angles....

I know what my own argument is, no need to tell me what it is. I'm not an imbecile. And no, its not the same point.

My issue here is with CSA, not fellow hubbers, not in the mood to argue semantics.

What CSA did was wrong, no argument about that.

We all have different points to raise about this Patch.

I think EVERYONE is having an issue with CSA and thinks that what they have done here is wrong and some are simply beyond surprise if you add it to the other bags of tricks, so have less to react to.

And getting a proper medal presented when they host the Nationals should be an easy thing to get right, when you consider what is required to be successful in the corporate space, so everyone commentating that comes from that background can simply not understand how this kind of obvious error can even occur. This however happens when an Organisation has no accountability to its constituents.

Absolutely, and most of them are valid. This I like and encourage.

What I don't appreciate is when I get told by somebody else what my point is.

Cheers Im off, this thread has reached that point where the arguments are not about the original point anymore. Would prefer to use this energy else where.
