Anybody using a Garmin Edge 25 ?

I have one. In my opinion it's a great little unit.

 

Pro's:

 

Small

Cheap

Can follow tracks, and do breadcrumb navigation

Records speed/cad and hr

No overload on info/stats display.

Bluetooth connectivity, with call and sms notification

Uploading data to connect happens automatically once an activity is stopped, and phone with the "connect" app is connected.

 

 

Cons:

 

No capability to link to a power meter

Battery life on 6hr plus rides.

for stats junkies, limited data measurement.

No barometric altimeter

 

I really like mine, mostly for the price. as it does all the useful measurements the really expensive gps's does, without the hefty pricetag.

Bought one for my daughter, very easy to use and gives you all the info you need on a ride

Thanks for the feedback. Do you have to use the page/screen for heart rate or is it possible to program page/screen 1 to display TIME---SPEED---HEART RATE ZONE ?

Agreed, love mine. A few small iritations like size and options in terms of pages available for display options (only 2). Otherwise good value for money.

Have a buddy who has one. The only thing he complains about is battery life. But I think he forgets to charge it. I think you would need to charge it after every ride.
