It goes out the window when the guy won't show up at court hearings, take any test or generally engage in ANY way to clear his name except for saying that he's innocent. VERY easy to prove it if you really want to. DNA test. Of course he refuses to do that......Basso too.

If he's really innocent he would do everything in his power to prove it, INCLUDING a DNA test. Obviously he doens't really care.
