Mine took a year before I was totally pain free. My surgeon (Kastanos) said it'll heal in it's own time, echoed by my physio. Therapy didn't really make a difference. I exercised to the point of pain not in it. MTB after at least 6 months, road after about 4 months (not riding out of the saddle). It took a good year to heal properly. 22 months now and still careful with exercise (pushups etc) that affect shoulder and neck muscles.

hey man,

yes depending on how bad it it was it can be up to a ear. but with good rehab work and strengthening  it can be bike ready with in 6 months. its a very complex set of muscles and rotations  going around there. shoot me up if you need help or advise.
