Jay_B Posted October 11, 2017 Posted October 11, 2017 Long weekend ahead, satellite on Saturday and Midvaal Sunday - should get a good spike in my training load but really not sure why they did this.I think Midavaal may suffer for numbers with this, small race as it is.
