I was parking to his morning at 7am as I was getting things ready there were about 4 or 5 groups of guys coming down from the main Tokai gate at 7:05ish. I'm guessing that they are coming down from mast / Silvermine. Is that gate open from much earlier?

You can still ride until 7pm but the Tokai parking / picnic area still locks up and goes home at 6pm? So if you're planning to be out after 6pm park else where. didn't notice that in the press release and don't want to end up locked in tonight!
