When a hubber contacts you about a product you want, and you request a photo, make the deal, pay, and

when this product arrives its nowhere near what the condition as indicated by the photo which was sent to you.

This person then refuses to refund you and take the product back.

What do you do?

Two photos attached.

I am obviously being very sarcastic, but just shows you how easy one can create a BS story.... NOT saying this is the case, just an example.

Thats the most ignorant thing I have read all week. Maybe you love drama, but dont project that onto others.

Its not about drama, or blood, its about protecting others from falling for the same guy.

I can't speak for you, and your intentions for wanting to know who the seller is may be exactly as you say. But this has been my impression from this thread:

Lots of people seem to be demanding the answer right now on the basis that they need to be protected. Why? Are they all about to buy something right now from a mysterious seller and need to know right now? I doubt it. That doesn't add up. The response has definitely been more in line with people wanting the juicy details so they can know who to hate. Instant gratification.

Amen Nick.

The seller had a set of cheapie shimano shifters to sell and shifted them. Shiftily.

Now suddenly he's a threat to national security and every tom, dick and sally need to be protected from one man who sold one item to one other man.

Thehub CSI were smart enough to ID the pic as being from another site - a better idea would be a tutorial on how to do that. That would add way more buyer confidence than outing a R300 fraudster.

Come now, we've all read some of your posts. You're a major drama fan.

I suspect 'Stoli' to be the Seller, he is not only protecting the OP but also diverting attention away from the Seller.

My CSI work done for the day :)

Shift aside. "You interested in some shifters", he said swiftly with shifty eyes.

Yes agreed, also has anyone considered this may be a youngster I wonder. If so, perhaps it is been dealt with correctly by contact with the parents.
