Looking for a size 57 road bike.

Budget 20K

What is the best bike to purchase in this price range?

Also i went to cycle lab and got the size measured, and revealed size 57

Can you buy one smaller or bigger? 56 or 58, or should I only look at frame sizes 57?

Not so easy to buy your first bike.....

Could you make a recommendation based on my Budget and  frame Size?

Do you want to use the bike for racing or just Sunday rides/cruising?

Race Bike = Aero/Light/Stiff etc. usually not as comfortable

Road Bike for cruising = emphasis on comfort and usually not as stiff/light/Aero

Sizing will vary between frames and manufacturers, so be careful... If I were you I would choose a smaller 56 if its a true large, and compensate with a longer stem, you wont know the difference in sizing and have better handling and stability with the longer stem than a shorter one.

I don't know new road bike prices offhand, but I would recommend you use the bikehub classified filters to filter for all the 56,57,and 58 road bikes.

You're going to look for something preferably carbon framed, and with ultegra 11 speed or similar.

The newer the better, but road bikes don't have the same kinda stresses that a mtb does, so used you're pretty safe if the frame and fork isn't cracked.

New, shop around, use price check, phone bike shops... Budget extra for all the other stuff like spares, helmets, and kit. And pedals!

What was the headtube height and top tube (ctc) that they recomended? Post all your relevant dimensions that was provided from bikefit. According to your bikefit you might be suited to a more relaxed geometry as opposed to a race geometry as found on Cannondale Supersix, Spez Tarmac etc.

Look at Swift.

They make in between sizes which suit certain riders. For example, I'm on a medium Swift frame which has a top tube of 555mm.

If I remember correctly, the large has a top tube of 575mm, which should suit you perfectly.

Bike-Addict has some very good prices. At R20k I'd look at any of these:

Generally you'll find a good value carbon bike (Giant, Merida, Scott) with Shimano 105 groupset for R25k or so.

That said this is probably the top Alu frame around with Hydraulic discs:
