RaceChick Posted June 3, 2008 Share Just wondering what colour bicycle you usually buy and why do you choose that specific colour. I always buy red because it makes me feel dangerously fast!

Velouria Posted June 3, 2008 Share Any colour, as long as it is black (for a road bike). Don't really care for a MTB...

Colour does affect my decision when buying a bike. I leave the colour question to last, for me it is the least important. In buying a car, clothes ext, I even leave it to my wife. PappaBear Posted June 3, 2008 Share Depends on which bike....... for example: white looks cool on a Commencal, but on a GT Marathon Carbon.......... (lets just say: SIESA!) I prefer blue-ish grey, seems racy and stylish. (mtb-only) I have no opinion on road bikes.
scotty Posted June 3, 2008 Share When i took up riding again i went to the bike store. The salesman asked what bike i was interested in and i said blue. How he kept a straight face i dont know.
slowpoke Posted June 3, 2008 Share blue or silver... just because i like blue and silver because gold doesn't look right on a bike
Bionic man Posted June 3, 2008 Share Road - Blue and White (with some red) or just Blue(with some red).MTB - Red and White, Red and Yellow, Red.(I fall a lot and don't need clash of colours)
Mackem Posted June 3, 2008 Share My personal choice would be from Blue, Black or Silver....... Although a Bianchi 928 also looks the part........ So for that matter does the Pinarello Prince in black, red and white. So what does that leave??? Mackem2008-06-03 05:56:
mrmed Posted June 3, 2008 Share I think white is nice, with touches of blue or red.
