Hi guys Im alive!!Feels like ive been hit by a truck :-) lying in hospital on my back and being washed and fed like a baby sucks but it has its perks like getting looked after by some hot nurses. Anyways Ta 4 the well wishes. I have ten ribs broken or fractured, cuts bruises and a punctured lung but im doing okay. Bike is in 3 pieces :-( never new hitting a car @ 50km could do so much damage. Anyways time 4 breakfast hospital style chat l8r

Now my Afrikaans is not the best, but I think it read "Die fiets WAS sowat R40,000 werd."  I don't think yo9u will find many willing buyers in the R40,000 range for a bike in three pieces...

Maybe the Friendly Cities "powers that be" should launch a bit of a ad campaign to get the citizens to realize that cyclists ARE around!!!!  OK, I know, I'm preaching to the converted.
