There are a few single riders but I haven't seen a MTB group there. I ride Northern Farms fairly often if you're keen on joining on a Sunday morning from around 06h15 or so

Thanks, I also ride NF from time to time.  I'm looking to be able to ride out of my girlfriend's front door every now and then..  I've also seen riders on the horse trails around Beaulieu/Kyalami area.

I'm on Maple Road and always looking for people to ride with - its such a great are but don't seem to be a huge amount of established groups?

PM me and perhaps we can link up - MTB, early, sometimes goes hard others just is happy to be outside.

There are daily rides that generally meet up at Kyalami corner or Beauliea gate and weekend rides that start at Raffa Cafe and head out that way. Give Rodney (Raffa Cafe) a call and he can add you to the Whatsapp Groups.

Any Roadies in Kyalami AH/ Beaulieu area?

and do you ride to the cradle and back?

i'm new to the area and am interested to know the route people take out to get out to the cradle that are ok to ride.

Main road seems to be a bit dangerous past the prison area and dip - no shoulder

Hi!

I do quite a bit of road leaving from Kyalami but go Harties way which isn't advisable and I've stopped doing that, roads way too dangerous. I usually just drive to Lonehill and go from there but the dip isn't too bad super early on.

Sadly I am abroad for a couple of months but would be keen to link up when back!

Are there any mountain bike group rides in and around the Kyalami/Beauliea area?  Specifically on a Sunday morning?

You can Ride with the Raffa Cafe group.  A really good bike shop in the heart of Kyalami.  They do rides every Weekend and weekdays.

Ride through Helderfontein onto Erling (all tarred) and then up William Nicol and turn right into Uranium heading towards Cradle. Bob's your uncle

Anybody in the Beaulieu/Kyalami area that would be interested to ride to the start of Engen 2 Engen once or twice a week and do the loop with the morning crowd?

I drove there this morning and there was zero traffic at the time. There are a couple of good options that avoid Main road for the return ride. Feels like such a waste driving there, when I could add some good mileage to the morning ride. Just don't think it would be such a great idea to ride there alone...
