I saw they come with a little red ball that goes in your mouth. Not sure if it is a gumguard of sorts.

After some research it turns out that when the nylon gets wet it stretches and thats the issue.

 

Simple fix was to wet it before putting on an then tighten it until sitting snug.

 

Then i placed a paper clip just on the end where the plastic loop adjuster goes to stop it sliding out and essentially making the strap larger.

 

No bras were harmed during this exercise.
