What is the longest ride your are still going to do and when?

Thinking of going between 100-120kms at the cradle on Saturday - with a 4-5km brick run

Don't see anyone dethroning Lucy for the women but the men's podium i recon will be Bart, Ben & David. All in all like you said one mega strong field.

Annah looks like shes coming off good form from EL, it would be nice to see her give it some stick.

I've been doing a little over 15 hours per week recently.

My longest ride will be this weekend at 4:30 with a 9 km brick run.

I'm glad we're close to tapering, but I must say I have enjoyed the training more this time than my first one. The volume hasn't been quite as high as I started with a better base. My focus has been more on hard quality sessions with easy work much easier than I'm used to. I think this time I knew what was in store and that has made it more bearable for me and my wife.

The excitement is building.

I'm number 238.
