HayleyG Posted March 14, 2019 Share Have great accomodation available in the pedestrian zone of the start and finish. Accomodation is cottage unit, brand new and would suit a couple or couple with small child. Queen bed with en-suite bathroom (shower). Lounge off the bedroom with a sleeper couch. Bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Flat screen TV and DSTV. Safe, secure, space for bikes etc. R3,000 per night. Min 3 nights.

_David_ Posted March 20, 2019 Share The male PRO field at IMSA could be the best outside of Kona. https://www.trirating.com/ironman-south-africa-2019-april-7th-seedings/ @ndy, Chris_ and shaper
ScottCM Posted March 20, 2019 Share Don't see anyone dethroning Lucy for the women but the men's podium i recon will be Bart, Ben & David. All in all like you said one mega strong field.

Annah looks like shes coming off good form from EL, it would be nice to see her give it some stick. no Emma Pallant?
@ndy Posted March 20, 2019 Share I've been doing a little over 15 hours per week recently. My longest ride will be this weekend at 4:30 with a 9 km brick run. I'm glad we're close to tapering, but I must say I have enjoyed the training more this time than my first one. The volume hasn't been quite as high as I started with a better base. My focus has been more on hard quality sessions with easy work much easier than I'm used to. I think this time I knew what was in store and that has made it more bearable for me and my wife. The excitement is building. I'm number 238. Edited March 20, 2019 by @ndy Carmichael, Pulse, _David_ and 1 other
