Tyre installed! Thanks for the advice everyone I went old school/ghetto with a 24 inch tube that i trimmed down. Worked a treat. It took a while to get the bead in but its taken and holding pressure now. The only issue I has was when I removed the rear wheel I thought I'd give the cassette a good clean. I started removing bolts not really knowing what I was doing and the next thing there were ball bearings bouncing all over the place.  :whistling:

Time to watch some youtube videos on wheel bearing services.

You've obviously got a cup and cone bearing system. Easy to look after. The bearings go in the race (wheel bit, kinda looks like a dish without a middle) and then there's a special nut with a flared end that pushes against those bearings, keeping them in the race and allowing the wheel to rotate. That nut mustn't be to tight or too loose...

Search for "cup and cone hub service" and watch to your heart's content.

Excellent you're sorted. Any tube smaller than a 29er tube would have worked as I've tried 24", 26" and 650b.

If you want to get fancy www.NoTubes.com has parts you can buy off their online shop:

https://www.notubes.com/shop/tubeless/valves-tape

Here you can find grommets, valves stems, tape etc. I've not seen these parts for sale in SA for a long time so I doubt the importer still imports these parts but might import the Freeride conversion kits

A 26" rim strip will stretch out and narrow but you can also trim these with a scalpel or hobby knife to fit your 19mm rims.
