So I wouldn't really bother looking at those best figures If you look at his line in that graph, his personal 6min level is around 250W and his 20min is around 200W, which is totally acceptable. yep.NB todaysplan has only taken into account what i have done during the academy so those figures and not actualsmy FTP is around 220w at the moment, which is ok by me for the +-4 hours i ride a week.
Furbz Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 completed my last ride today and graduated. 2 months of the academy and my FTP has climbed from a starting point at 222w(according to Xert garmin app) to 241w (according to Xert garmin app on the last zwift race) very chuffed

I skipped an FTP test at the start and just went with the 263w that Zwift decided on after a previous ride. I know the Vortex reads higher than my pedals, and doesn't seem linear (reads low at 70w, might be same at 100w, but 30w+ out at 300w), so that number isn't worth much.Some day when they properly fix the BT connection on the Android version, I'll check again. I did enjoy having the goal of trying to finish the plan, so I will probably look for another one now.

It's like saying Save the Children charity, should not just focus on children.... or CHOC Childhood cancer foundation should not just be for the children..... so also do not see what your point is!! The fact is it is an initiative that is doing something to help someone... so should be commended for it
